Remodeling Project Overview:

Like much of The Viking Craftsman, Inc’s work, this project was repeat business. The project involved a complete remodel/renovation of 1990 home which had no prior updating.

The homeowners, knowing TVCI competes on final results and not on price, shared their vision for an upscale and elegant home. They demanded a warm, comfortable and livable environment that was balanced so as not to look overly glitzy or extravagant. They desired a relaxing, calming home, with the finest material. In tune with Morten’s philosophy, there was to be no corner cutting. Their desires meshed with TVCI’s work ideals since they wanted results that would be worthy of professional publishing such as this. TCVI claim to fame is: Remodeling NOT as seen on TV!

Other specifications included wanting a kitchen to be practical, clean and easy to use. TCVI accomplished this by installing pull out pantries by Hafele, hot/cold water system at sink, custom built cabinetry, and two Islands. The Fan Tech hood liner with a remote in line 1200 cfm fan ensures amble ventilation over Island cook top.
A one of kind bar-height static table bridges the Kitchen/living room border.

The Ebony and dark brown colors are used for flooring/ staircase and kitchen cabinets. Bathrooms are warm and inviting with natural stone and luxurious features such as floor heat and air bath. Several custom entertainment centers and office furniture was also created.

Project was not to fit a certain style, but transitional comes to mind. All work was designed and completed by TVCI along with a few trusted sub contractors.
